Here at The A Team we have all your party needs! We make backdrops specific to each party, collect and gather decor also specific to each party. Vanessa is also a photographer so not only can she set up a backdrop, she can also capture the day. We have an incredible set up and tear down team and we rent out our decor!
BACKDROPS
Carefully crafted and specific to each party. We can recreate an image you found or completely make our own. We also make balloon arches.
DECOR
Specifically picked for each party. Most of our items have been thrifted or handmade but sometimes we take to Amazon for the things we can’t find or make. We also rent out our decor.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Vanessa has been a photographer for over 10 years focusing on weddings, family portraits, senior pictures and other fun portraits.
PRICES
PLANNING FEE- $300. INCLUDES THEME/ DECOR RESEARCH, BACKDROP MOCKUPS, SHOPPING/ THRIFTING FOR DECOR, AND VENUE RESEARCH/ LAYOUT PLANNING.
SET UP/ TEAR DOWN- $ VARIES BASED ON NUMBER OF GUESTS, VENUE SIZE, BACKDROPS/ BALLOON ARCHES/ DECOR ADD ONS.
DECOR PRICES
BALLON ARCH- $20 PER FOOT
BACKDROP- $ VARIES BASED ON BACKDROP SIZE, DECOR USED AND ANY ADDED BANNERS.
PHOTOGRAPHER
SENIOR, FAMILY, FOR FUN- $300, 2-3 OUTFIT CHANGES, ALL EDITED PICTURES ON A FLASH DRIVE AND DIGITALLY, PERMISSION FOR ME TO USE THE PHOTOS, PLEASE DO NOT EDIT THEM.
WEDDINGS- $1,000 UP TO 5 HOURS, $1,500 5-8 HOURS, ALL EDITED PICTURES ON A FLASH DRIVE AND DIGITALLY, PERMISSION FOR ME TO USE THE PHOTOS, PLEASE DO NOT EDIT THEM.
